Welcome to the Northern England
Chapter of ISACA®
(covering Northern England and North Wales)
ISACA is the premier professional association for Information Systems Audit,
Control and Security specialists.
Our members are in internal & external audit, in security management, in the major accounting practices,
central and local government, industry and commerce. If you are a member, you
already know of the activities and benefits for members. If you are an IS audit or
security specialist, or an internal or external auditor, ISACA has something for you.

- Continuing Professional Education
Through
our regular meetings and training events, held from September to June each year,
the chapter has been very fortunate to have a steady flow of interesting
and thought provoking talks. Looking ahead, this year’s programme
is set to continue the trend, whilst providing 19 hours of high

- Networking Opportunities
Networking at the monthly meetings provides
excellent opportunities to share knowledge and experiences with other
members. The buffet that usually precedes our meetings makes this
even more enjoyable.
- Access to the Chapter Library
For
members only, books from our Chapter Library are always available on free loan.
- What can you do?
As a
chapter member, you can contribute in any number of ways – just by coming to the
meetings, by sharing your knowledge and experience as a speaker, by writing for
DataWatch,
the online magazine from the London Chapter, informally by suggesting topics for events,
or even by joining us on the Chapter Board.
- ISACA in the Community
Chapter
members speak on a wide variety of subjects to educational and other organisations.
